This page explains how to delete your account for Lemondrop: Cocktails Near You, an app by Mimosas Are My Beer LLC, and what happens to your data when you do. It applies to every account, including accounts created with Apple, Google, or Facebook sign-in.
Delete Your Account in the App
- Sign in to the app.
- Go to the Settings page.
- Tap Delete Account.
- When prompted, choose whether you would also like to delete your reviews.
- Confirm your selection to permanently remove your account and data.
Request Deletion Without the App
If you no longer have the app installed or can't sign in, email support@lemondropapp.com with the subject "Delete my account" and include your username. If your account has an email address, send the request from that address. Tell us whether you would also like your reviews deleted. We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours, and we will reply once your account has been deleted.
What We Delete
- Your account and profile, including your name, username, email address, and password.
- Your saved favorites and notification preferences.
- The push notification tokens for your devices, and your sign-in sessions.
- Your reviews, if you choose to delete them.
What We Keep
- Reviews you choose to keep. Their ratings, tags, and text stay on Lemondrop, but they are no longer connected to an account.
- Records of searches in the app and of the venues and cocktails viewed, which we use for analytics. We remove your account from these records, so they are tied only to your device's identifier, the same way we record use of the app by people who are not signed in. Search locations in these records are approximate.
- Messages you have sent our support team and reports you have filed about content, which we keep as a record of how we handled them.
Processing Timeline
Once confirmed, your account and associated data will be permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days.
